Day9: HK- Central, Causeway Bay,Tsim ShaTsui, Victoria Peak
Took the tram to a Wet market. Saw the pumping heart of a disected fish! Amazing… had breakfast along on of the coffeeshop down the market. A set of bread, oily hotdogs and eggs and tea for HK$20.
Took the tram to Times Square at Causeway Bay. Saw a familiar scene on the way- an open area filled with Filipino maids. It seemed to be their ritual for the maids to gather at Central every Sunday.
At Times Square, large shopping malls greeted us. The clothes and stuffs sold in these malls were not cheap. Jess bought a white ¾ bottom from U2 in HK. It has nice patterns at the bottom of the pants. Never see this design is Spore before. Both Jess and I bought some Roxy clothes from SOGO. Although there was discount, the price were comparable to those sold in Spore. It was not long after CP gets bored with us gals shopping. A typical guy. He then went off first while Jess and I continue our shopping spree along the streets. Jess was very determined to buy a nice top, perhaps due to my complaining about how lousy were our dressing as compared to the locals. Ahha! Few real nice tops caught her eyes but, due to some unforseen circumstances, she din buy them. Instead, she got a white knited mid-drift jacket. I got myself 2 jackets of the same design, coz its was very cheap, HK$39.90 each. Tried on this black dress which I quite llike it, but I realised I had already 2 black dresses in my wardrobe, moreover, I seldom wear dress. thus, decided not to waste money on it. *kinda regret now for not buying*
The 3 of us had dinner together with Peishi, Pexian, Marvin, Tracy and her mum at a Russian Restaurant near Miramar hotel. We did a hard time trying to meet up at the restaurant. After much of a TELE communication (I bet CP hp bills will soar up high to 3 figures), we finally met one another. Peishi and Pexian told me that there was a stall at temple street near their hotel selling cheap genuine ROXY stuffs. It was a pity that it our last nite in HK, I could not get my hands on them. *Amy! Remember to visit that shop when u go HK, k? and not forgetting to buy me some ya!* Anyway, the ambience of the restaurant was gd and the interior was nicely decorated. There were 2 Russian musicians darting from tables to tables, trying to get the diners to join in the fun. They distributed cute little wooden instruments to each of us. Besides that, we were oso invited to learn and dance some simple russian dance at the dancefloor.
The two talented russian musicans
Spotted a cute guy taking down our orders. He was standing beside me while Tracy ordered the food. He had a shiny ear stud on his left ear which appealed me. I thought it was quite coolz. Too bad, I din manage to take a pic of him. hahaa
We also had the chance to enter the room where bottles of volka were stored. It was freezing cold of -28degreeC. We had some furry jackets to put on.

Some meatly pasta with cheese
Our main dish, BBQ chicken.

After dinner, we took the MTR to Central and board a bus to the bottom of the Victoria Peak. The tram ticket up to the peak costed HK$30. the tram consists of only 2 cabins. Journey up the peak is very steep. At a point of time, we were more than 45degree tilted. When i looked out of the windows, the surrounding buildings and houses were very slanted to me. Inevitably, I got a sudden worry about the tram went frictionlessly down the slope.
It was a very windy nite. Wind seemed to be howling at 30knots. Haha. It was indeed cold. All of us started taking our jackets out.
Night scenery from the Victoria Peak was spendid.

A urban city decorated with lights.

Left the place at about 11.30pm. Took a bus with an open-air upper deck back to the MTR station. Bye ppl, cya back in spore. We took separate trains back to our hotel. Peishi, Peixian and Marvin, Tracy and her mum lived in magestic hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui.
It was finally the last nite of our graduation trip… we decided not return to our tiny hotel immediately. Went to a nearby 7 eleven and we got ourselves each ice-cream! I had been eyeing on the CRUNCH ice-cream since the 1st day I step onto HK. The box is triangular shaped. Inside were alternate rows of chocolate and vanilla ice-creams, generously topped with chocolate chips or small crumbs of choco biscuits. YUMMY!
Slept at around 2am.
